The purpose of this form is to request the Zoom-Kaltura integration for your account. By submitting this request, when you choose the "Record to the Cloud" option within Zoom, your recording will automatically be sent to your Kaltura My Media dashboard in Canvas. Enabling this feature eliminates having to download Zoom recordings to upload them into Kaltura. This process will occur automatically. However, you cannot disable this feature for individual "Record to the Cloud" recordings. Each of your "Record to the Cloud" Zoom recordings will be imported into your Kaltura My Media and you will have to remove any recordings from your Kaltura My Media that you do not want there.
